Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast or up and down the West Coast. We just can't get them from one Coast to the other but some day we hope to have enough volunteers to do that as well but for now please look for dogs on your coast.
For your convenience we also have PAID TRANSPORT companies that are available for a fee to get "your" new addition to your area on a guaranteed date.

I don’t know what this dog had to go through in his previous life but I’m sure it wasn’t loving. Bobby Franks deserves to go to a home were he can learn what it is to be loved, kissed, hugged, and treated kindly. Bobby will do best in a home that is quiet. He likes to be your lap dog when it is quiet but goes to his crate when the house gets noisy. Whether in his crate or on your lap he loves to snuggle under a blanket. Bobby walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks. He is friendly to all of his foster brothers and sisters. He is friendly with my teenage boys and also to our friends younger kids. He will greet them and if he feels like hanging out with us he will. Most times you will find Bobby sleeping in his crate or under a blanket on the sofa. He is a super sweet boy that just needs someone to spend some time with him. Bobby Franks would do best in a home with a fenced yard, as he loves to chase cats.
