We were approaching an intersection and saw Sammy and his mommy taking their walk. Being dachsund lovers, we just had to stop and get a fix (we unfortunately had to put our beloved Dobie (16 year old longhaired) to sleep for medical reasons). Sammy was so cute and extremely happy. Reading his story made me cry. I'm so glad he is in a loving home and getting the help he needs! Keep up the great work!!
