BIO: Hugo is headed to training for obedience training. He has lots of energy, so he needs an active family. 

Hugo is seeking an adopter who works from home or is a stay-at-home person and is an active walker/jogger.

He came from North Carolina and has been in 3 homes in his 9 months of life... why?! No one has taken the time to socialize him and work with him on manners. He’s still a puppy, for goodness’ sake, but he’s smart and will learn quickly.

Hugo needs someone who won't give up on him, as the other 3 homes have. Are you that family? All he wants is love and a home! This boy needs stability, so we need to know you will be with him for the rest of his days.

Our must-haves for adorable Hugo include:

• A fenced yard
• Someone who has the patience to work with him and is not looking for a perfect rescue
• Another small young dog for him to play with, because he loves to play
• Someone who works from home would be great
• No apartments, high-rises, or condos
