JUST HAD A DENTAL AND IS READY FOR HIS NEW HOME. HE EVEN LIKES TO PLAY WIT THE YOUNGER DOGS.
TINY2 dumped at a shelter like a worn out shoe, only problem he's not worn out. He plays with the other dogs, loves to eat and cuddle and sleep in the big bed. He likes to do all the things the other younger dogs like to do, yes he may wear out fast and have to take more naps but he can keep up with the best of them for a while anyway. Sure hope the people that dumped him don't have that happen to them(NOT).
TINY2 is neutered, utd on all his shots and on frontline and heartworm preventative and ready to go to his new home. He settles in very quickly and just wants a family to love him forever not just for a little while, will you be that family????
Please go to www.ssdr.org and fill out an app for this boy.
Out of state and Canidian adoptions are welcome, we have several transporters that for a fee will bring the dog as close to you as possible. A home visit is required. We also micro chip all our dogs and must pass the cost on to the adopter. It is only $10.00. Thank you for your interested in a rescue.
More about TINY2.......IL
Is Not Good with Kids
AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.
Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
