Britney Ann is one of the dogs surrendered by a breeder. Unlike some breeder dogs, she is highly socialized.

Britney Ann is all about being with her person - or any person! She is happiest when sitting by you or cuddling in the bed or just hanging out at home. If you want to watch ALL the NFL games, this is the couch potato companion for you.
She loves everyone - men, women, big and little kids, as long as they give her attention.

Britney happily stays in a crate while left at home or can be left out. She pretty much ignores her foster brothers and sisters and the cats but is fine with sharing food and treats.

Just look at her pictures! She was at the Rally to Rescue this weekend and she wanted everybody and anybody to hold her - as you can see she is quite a lovebug!
Email foster mom for more info.

More about BRITNEY ANN....TN

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.

Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
