BEING FOSTER IN WESTERN NY STATE


BUSTER4 came from central OH where he was removed from a home that was busted for crack cocaine. BUSTER4 came in with Suzannah and Mocha and is just beautiful. He is very very friendly and loves man and beast. He loves to have belly rubs and has decided the big bed is just the cats meow! His tail never stops wagging and he is not a barker. We think he deserves the best of homes and so does he. We think he would do best in a home with at least one other dog because he's been used to other dogs and a fenced in yard is a must. Please adopt him and help him to forget his past life.

AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.

Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
