Hi I’m Truffles, Buttercup and Tinkerbelle’s sister. I had a longer stay at the vet than they did. I am all better now and staying with the same Foster Mommy. She said that since we had such a rough start to life that she is going to take such good care of us so that we will be ready for our furever home.

I am like my sisters I am not available for adoption yet not until I have my second set of shots. Those I am not looking forward to, they do not sound like fun. Foster Mommy says that I am way too young to have my own personality yet. She says that I should have a really great one since I am such a good puppy.

Please check back later when I have had my second set of shots, I am really looking forward to finding my furever home. I will make a great addition to someone’s family. I am going to say bye for now I have been playing really hard outside and I need a nap.

AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.
