BIO: Hi, my name is Trixie and I’m the boss of my brothers. I may be small but I’m not letting them get away with anything! So understand that I have to go to a home where I’ll be the queen and the other dogs will be my subjects!!
Sadly, we can from Missouri when our mom was killed by a car and a Good Samaritan came along and tried to save our mom but it was too late. Mom told us to hide in the ditch and the lady wouldn’t have known we were there if my brother hadn’t stuck his head up to see what was going on and then the lady saw us. We were cold, hungry and dirty. She took us in and got us a nice warm bed and reached out to this rescue to try and find us a home. Can you help us?
The rescue would like for us to have a fenced in yard with another younger dog to play with or someone that’s home a lot and will keep working with us. We want a forever home and we could live another 15 years or so, so please think about that when you apply for us. It’s important for us to be around people, kids, and other dogs so we are happy and friendly.
Oh, they think we are Chihuahua, Doxie and MinPin all mixed into one dynamite package!!
Can you think of one reason why you shouldn’t adopt me? I can’t……..
You must be willing to travel to Lewisburg or Nashville to get Trixie because she is too small to put on a volunteer transport where she could be put on the ground and pick up diseases.
