Libby - RIP, 12/9/2021
It's with a heavy, sad heart my sweet girl, Libby, passed on the 9th day of December 2021. I adopted this sweetheart in April 2015. She was known as Libby#3 by AADR. Her foster mom was Ruth Murphy in N.C. When I saw that sweet face in the AADR gallery, I had to have her. Luckily enough, she came to live with me in 2015. She made me smile and laugh. She was my buddy who went almost everywhere with me. She was the love of my life. In late November she started having trouble breathing so I took her to the vet's where they found tumors on her lungs. Unfortunately, 10 days later she passed away in my arms at home. My heart is so broken. I was so lucky to have her and will never forget this little girl. She was an Angel.... Fly high my sweet little girl, Fly High. Dad, Rick Hall

Hansel - RIP February 2022
It's with heavy heart our sweet boy Hansel has passed 01 February 2022. We adopted this sweet Angel in 2016. When I saw that goofy face in the gallery, I had to have him and get to know him. Luckily enough, he came to us. How happy we were. He was sweet, smart and funny. No matter what mood I was in he always made me smile and laugh. He didn't run...he hopped like a bunny. He loved his brother Miles, another AADR adoptee. Unfortunately, our little man developed Cushing's and started having Gran Mal seizures which took a toll on his little body. Last week, he stopped eating, couldn't walk and was very lethargic. We took him several times to the Vets and several test, after all said and done it was probably a stroke. Our hearts are so broken, as is Miles who misses his little buddy. We were so lucky to have him and will never forget this little Angel....Fly high little man.
