Grace

Dearest Grace, you have no idea the amount of happiness you brought into my life. RIP my sweet girl. I just wish we had more years together. Please hug Marty, Mickey, Callie, Izzy and Faith. We'll all be together again one day.

XXXOOO Meg

Winston #4 RIP
'm writing about Winston, the pup we adopted from AADR on January 11, 2014. We said goodbye to him yesterday after a two-plus-year battle with brain tumors. (In case it's helpful to other AADR adopters, Winston was diagnosed in December 2017, and we believe radiation therapy gave him -- and us -- an extra two years together.) Winston was absolutely the perfect dog for us, and he was like our baby. We realize now how much of our life was structured around this tiny, little thing with a giant personality. He brought us so much joy, and miss him very much. Thank you for your role in bringing him into our lives. I don't know if you're in the practice of updating families-of-origin, but please feel free to let Winston's family-of-origin in Missouri know that he had a very happy life where he was the center of our attention. Allegra & Andy

River RIP
With a heavy and broken heart, I want to let you know that River has passed away. He was such a sweet boy and I miss him sooo much. If it weren’t for your help with getting him here to me in Colorado, I would not have had the honor of having this sweet little guy in my life for the past 8 years. Here are a few pictures of him... Best, Marsha

Dudley RIP
Dudley captured our hearts from the moment he arrived on his first visit with Betty. Ironically, that date was March 17th, the exact day he crossed the rainbow bridge five years later. We loved every minute he was with us and are so thankful he was put in our lives. we called him “Mr. Personality” as he was so totally low key and relaxed. He never got in a hurry, and if he had been a person he would’ve worn a smoking jacket and smoked a pipe. He didn’t have an aggressive bone in his body, and we miss him every day. Thanks to AADR and the work you do.

Ruben 3-7-2020 RIP
Ruben (one of the Madison 9) crossed the rainbow bridge this morning, March 7, 2020. He was my everything! Every step I took, he was right there. He was SO loved and such a happy boy. He was the love of my life! He was the most loving and loyal baby ever! I will miss him dearly and a part of my heart went with him but I'm so blessed he was mine for six years!!!! RIP my sweet angel!
