She is highly adaptable and very loveable! Smokie will follow you everywhere and gladly sleep with you all night. Update: If you want a warm, happy welcome when you come home, this little bundle of joy will not let you down! Smokie has a ton of puppy-like energy and is very inquisitive. There are cats in her Foster Home and she just cannot get enough of them. The less dog savvy cat chases her away, but Smokie undauntedly keeps going back! She gets along fine with the other doggies in the home although she does show “Queen Bee” tendencies so a submissive female would be best. When her little wiggle butt decides to chill out for a little bit, she is happy to curl up with the Foster Family on the couch. She also enjoys laying in the sunshine!

Hi! My name is Smokie and I’m looking for my very own Furever Home! I am so full of energy and I willingly share my kisses as often as possible. I enjoy playing with other dogs as long as they are content with me being the alpha dog. I will happily take walks with you and go anywhere that you go, especially if it is the kitchen. If given a choice, I will choose your bed to sleep in but I will tolerate a crate if forced to do so and I settle down pretty quickly. My foster mom is working on potty training to get me to do it outside all the time rather than just some of the time. I am so looking forward my very own Furever family to love me as much as I will love them! This sweet girl comes to us as a stray picked up and taken to a shelter in TN. I don’t know why! She has been nothing but a perfect lady since she has been at my house! Once she knows she can trust you and she starts to feel like she is a part of your pack, her true personality emerges big time…she is a bundle of love.
